Caller Type Detection
Auto-identifies if caller is a Marlin partner (by phone number lookup) or a new prospect.
Partner ID Verify
Partners say their MN-XXXX code or are matched by caller ID. Prospects skip to address collection.
Address Qualify
Caller speaks the service address. Checked against Marlin's address lookup cache first, then queued for Scout.
SMS Result
Serviceability summary sent via SMS to the caller's mobile. Address queued in admin lookup queue for follow-up.
